This page lists the third parties ("subprocessors") that Thalient Labs, LLC uses to deliver the Knack Service, the role each one plays, and where they primarily operate. It's referenced from our Privacy Policy and is kept up to date as the list changes.
We sign appropriate data-protection terms with each subprocessor below, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable) for any transfer of EU/UK personal data to a country lacking an adequacy decision.

Categories of data sent to each
We send each subprocessor only the data needed for its role. We do not give any subprocessor your full account profile by default. Specifically:
- Inference providers (DeepInfra for language models; Google for the PRO video pipeline) receive the prompt text built from your interview transcript and any artifacts you provided. They do not receive your name, email, or account identifiers. We configure provider settings to disable training on customer prompts where the provider offers that mode.
- Speech recognition (Deepgram) is engaged only when you opt in to live transcription. It receives the audio stream and returns the transcript.
- Object storage (Cloudflare R2) holds encrypted file blobs. The encryption keys live in our application; Cloudflare cannot read the contents without us.
- Authentication and billing (Clerk) holds the canonical record of your sign-in and your billing relationship. We receive a tokenized reference plus what's needed to display the right plan in our UI.
- Email (Resend) receives the recipient address and the message body for each email we send you.
- Error tracking (Sentry) receives crash and error events with secret-scrubbing applied; we configure the SDK to exclude obvious secrets and we do not capture the contents of Skills, transcripts, or uploaded files in error reports.
Changes
When we add, remove, or replace a subprocessor in a way that materially changes how your data is handled, we will update this page and (for changes that meaningfully affect data routing or category) notify users by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, where reasonably practical. You can object to a new subprocessor by emailing support@getknack.ai; if we can't accommodate the objection we will offer you a refund of any prepaid unused fees.
